 Responsibilities: 

  • Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to clients. 
  • Implement behavior intervention plans and individualized treatment plans. 
  • Manage and address challenging behaviors by applying ABA techniques. 
  • Accurately and promptly document session notes. 
  • Collect data and track progress on targeted skills. 
  • Create visuals and materials needed for lesson plans. 
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure the highest quality of care. 
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development. 
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other team members. 


 Qualifications:  

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in psychology, Education, or a related field preferred. 
  • RBT certification or willingness to obtain RBT certification (paid training provided). 
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred. 
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. 
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct. 
  • Ability to travel to client homes and other service locations as needed. 
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. 


 Responsibilities: 

  • Supervise and support RBTs in the implementation of ABA programs. 
  • Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans. 
  • Conduct assessments and update treatment plans as needed. 
  • Provide training and ongoing professional development for RBTs. 
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client progress and session notes. 
  • Conduct regular observations and provide feedback to RBTs. 
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions. 
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development and improvement. 
  • Stay current with best practices and advancements in ABA and related fields. 

Qualifications: 

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA services, including supervisory experience. 
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. 
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct. 
  • Ability to travel to client homes and other service locations as needed.
