Meet Our Team

Izabella is a mother of three with a strong background in early childhood 

education and over a decade of experience working closely with young 

children and families. Through her hands-on work, Izabella saw firsthand how 

early support and the right interventions can completely change a child’s 

developmental path. That experience, combined with her role as a parent, led 

her to pursue a career in Applied Behavior Analysis.

At IzaCare Behavior Solutions, Izabella is deeply involved in building a 

practice that prioritizes quality care, ethical treatment, and individualized 

support for every child. Her mission is to ensure children receive the 

appropriate therapy they need to grow, gain independence, and achieve their full potential, while also supporting families every step of the way

Marlina was inspired by her younger brothers to enter the ABA field. Both brothers are on the autism spectrum and have differing needs. Marlina knows firsthand the importance of individualized services specific to the person, and she holds a person first perspective. Marlina started as a registered behavior technician, gained her credentials to become a BCBA, moved to clinical supervisor, and now proudly serves as the clinical director of Izacare Behavior Solutions.
